Express Nova Ltd is a part of the Oil Seals and Bearings Centre Ltd group of companies. The OSBCL group is a leading supplier of oil seals and bearings in East Africa, supplying to virtually every industry in Kenya. The group has a strong reputation for quality and customer service for the past 57 years.
Our History
The establishment of OSBCL (Oil Seals & Bearing Centre Ltd), laid the foundation for a legacy of quality and innovation. OSBCL still remains as the leader in industrial bearings and seals supplies in Kenya with distributorship of multiple international brands such as NTN, SNR, Timken, INA, etc.
Recognizing the need for diversification, OSBCL hence branches out into a new company named Electrocar Ltd, serving as a pivotal step in the evolution of OSBCL. We commenced operations with Mico-Bosch an agency in automotive spares industry and further introduced Fire fighting equipments after receiving an agency from the UAE, NAFFCO.
Electrocar Ltd received the agency for Just Right Middle East FZCO, and ventured into signage, cladding and advertising raw materials business. Various other agencies of manufacturers and products across the globe were added to our product offerings.
Recognizing the imperative to diversify and cater to the ever evolving needs of our clients, we then established Firetec International Ltd. a separate entity from the Electrocar Ltd. company, focusing on the growth and specialization of fire fighting equipment.
Express Nova Ltd. emerged from rebranding Electrocar Ltd, hence consolidating all trading businesses from our sister concern, The Express Company Limited. Thus encompassing the transfer of our Wood Preservatives, Cladding, and Signage raw materials. Express Company Ltd. retained its operational status with a renewed focus on emerging projects.
Diversifying beyond existing business verticals, Express Nova Limited launched a new division specializing in medical devices, introducing HearNU. This non-surgical hearing device is poised to revolutionize accessibility for individuals facing hearing challenges.
Over the years, the trajectory of Express Company Ltd has been one of expansive growth, reaching across the globe and diversifying its product range to offer clients an array of options and high-quality products. This commitment to excellence has earned Express Company Ltd multiple awards, notably featuring five times in the prestigious KPMG & Nation Media Kenya Top 100 Mid Size Company awards over the past decade. These accolades underscore our competence and established position as a key player in the industry.
